The legal process of preparing and organizing the necessary documentation for the transfer of property from one individual to another is known as conveyancing. It is the process of selling or purchasing a property that is handled by a conveyancer, solicitor, or the person who is buying or selling their land.

Maha Machado, the principal of Strictly Conveyancing, established the firm in 2006. It began as a one-person practice in Parramatta. It has since employed over 15 conveyancers and support staff. The NSW Australian Institute of Conveyancers honored it in 2012 for “Best Practice and Professionalism in the Conveyancing Profession.” In 2016, it was also a finalist in the Local Business Awards Parramatta!

From the beginning, it has served clients from all over the NSW and has a mission to continue to do so. It is an Australian-owned company and operated family practice. The director of the company has been a member of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers since its inception.
